Maintaining your privacy is very important to us. Your private information will never be shared or sold.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, or you can use Paypal. Personal checks are also welcome, but must clear completely before shipping. To order by personal check, send me an email listing what you would like, and I will send you an invoice for your convenience. You may send orders and checks to:

binkadinks wants to assure you that your financial information is kept private and secure. Our site is SSL (secure socket layer) Certified to ensure our customers the highest level of confidence.

For your convenience, we ship via Unites States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at the time you place your order. If you need expedited shipping or international shipping, please contact me to make arrangements.

Retail orders usually ship within one week. Wholesale orders usually ship within 2-3 weeks.

None! Oregon has no sales tax.

binkadinks wants you to be happy with your shoes and caps. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for exchange or refund within 14 days of the shipment date. Items must be unworn and in new condition, with their original packaging. We will exchange for a like item or refund your purchase price using your original method of payment. Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges.

To make a return or exchange, please email first to returns@binkadinks.com. We will issue a return authorization number. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Please mail your returned item with the authorization number to:

Note: When returning your item, we recommend you use a traceable carrier such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. binkadinks is not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost in transit. Returns and exchanges must be returned pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please be sure to include the full name of the person who purchased the item on or inside the package being returned to ensure proper credit is applied.
