FAQ’s binkadinks are formerly known by the little deer brand name. A big, giant company using a similar name threatened to sue us for trademark infringement, so we changed our name to binkadinks. We don't want to fight. We just want to sew. Hope you like our new name! • Shoes can be washed by hand or machine washed gentle cycle in cold water. Please allow to air dry. Machine drying may cause the felt to shrink. • Hats can be hand or machine washed gentle cycle in cold water. Hats can tumble dry on medium heat since the felt is pre-shrunk. (That is what gives it extra thickness and the neat texture.)  I have tried very hard to photograph the shoes in true color. Some colors may look a little different in real life due to natural variations in the felt manufacturing process and variations in computer monitors. For example, the red felt is a true fire engine red, and the orange felt is a burnt orange shade. If you are trying to match a color exactly, or have any questions regarding the colors, feel free to contact me before ordering and I will be glad to help.  No. The entire shoe is made from felt and designed for pre-walkers only. Once your baby is ready to start walking alone, it may be time to put their binkadinks shoes away. They could be slippery on hard surfaces.  Babies’ feet can vary in size just like grown ups. I size by age, but that is only a suggestion. Here are some measurements to help you decide.
